Phone talking 3rd week in Jan : What's your own way studying English?

For listening part. I usually listen GMP or other English program everyday.

In the morning about at 6:30am, my radio automatically turn on and listen to GMP habitually. And Not only in the morning, but whenever I'm going to somewhere, I heard sort of English program to use my MP3 player. I think this life pattern makes me a good listener. What I listen is 'Quickanddirtytips' which is English communication radio program, 'Try again' which is English talking pattern book written by Jake, 'Hilary Clinton's speech' which is addressing in her politics. These 3 channels are my main listening stuff.

For writting and speaking part, especially I helped lots of things from study program.

Preparing 2' speech, I need to write something down on the paper and practice to speak.While I'm gearing up my work, I could use several phrasal verbs. These procedures can improve my writting and speaking level. 

And for the phone speaking, I do the same ways to grow up my skill that I mentioned before. Actually, I journaled for a week after I've came back in Korea from U.S, but, I just quit that after a few days. The reason what I do that is I think a lack of strong will. 

These things are my method of studying English. So, Can you tell me some good ways to studying?
